You agree that you are solely responsible for all of your User Submissions.

LTD. and may remove at any time or refuse any User Submissions for any reason. Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD. is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of any kind to any User Submissions. Any User Submission will be considered non‑confidential and non‑proprietary.

User Submission Terms

By submitting a User Submission to Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD., you agree and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You own all rights in your User Submissions or have acquired all necessary rights to enable you to grant Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD. the rights described herein.
• You have paid and will pay in full all licence/clearance fees arising from any use of your User Submissions.
• You are the individual pictured and/or heard in your User Submissions, or you have obtained permission (including parental/guardian consent for individuals under 18) from each such person.
• Your User Submissions do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party and are not defamatory, hateful, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful.
• You voluntarily agree to waive all “moral rights” that you may have in your User Submission.
• Your User Submission does not contain viruses, spyware, or other potentially damaging programs or files.
• Your User Submission does not contain unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.

Other Agreements: Software, Services, or Access

The service provider may provide products (such as hardware or software), services (such as maintenance, installation, or training), or access to Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD. India website under the terms of a separate agreement between you and the service provider (“Other Agreement”). Those obligations are governed solely by the applicable Other Agreement.

For example, use of any software made available to download from Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD. (“Software”) is governed by the end‑user licence agreement, if any, accompanying such Software. You may not install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a licence agreement unless you first agree to the licence terms.

Trademarks

LTD. and its suppliers or licensors and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. You may not use any meta tags or other “hidden text” utilizing any name, trademark, or product/service name of Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD. without prior written permission. The look and feel of the site (including page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts) is also protected trade dress of Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD..

Information Errors

Neither Wellmatic HealthCare PVT. LTD. India nor the service provider guarantees that the information on the Store is correct or accurate at all times. In the event that information regarding a product is found to be incorrect for any reason, the service provider shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product(s). Order Placement & Payment

Upon receiving the payment, an order number is auto‑generated and sent to the email ID provided by you at the time of placing the order. Orders once placed with payment cannot be cancelled; if the customer requests cancellation, cancellation charges may apply.
